Innovatecrisispr wants you to feel confident purchasing mini-routine wellness products. This Return Policy explains how to return or exchange physical kits and how digital products are handled. It supplements our Terms of Use.

Physical Products Covered

This policy applies to Midday Mobility Cards, Full Cycle Recovery Set components shipped physically, and any printed materials included with the Dawn Reset Guide when purchased as a printed add-on. Digital-only PDF deliveries are addressed in a separate section below.

Thirty-Day Return Window

You may return eligible physical items within thirty calendar days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided items are unused, cards are unbent, seals intact, and packaging is included. Opened resistance bands may be returned only if hygienically sealed inner wrap is untouched.

How to Start a Return

Contact us through pulse-contact.html or call +14157413797 with your order number, product name (Dawn Reset Guide, Midday Mobility Cards, or Full Cycle Recovery Set), and reason for return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization and shipping instructions within two business days. Returns without an RMA may experience delays.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived defective or we shipped the wrong product. We recommend trackable shipping within the United States. Refunds exclude original outbound shipping unless the return is due to our error. Free shipping promotions on the Full Cycle Recovery Set are reversed proportionally if the entire bundle is not returned.

Refunds

After we inspect returned items, refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten business days. Bank posting times vary. Partial refunds apply if components of a bundle are missing. Prices refunded match what you paid in USD on innovatecrisispr.ddd.

Exchanges

You may exchange Midday Mobility Cards for the Dawn Reset Guide or upgrade to the Full Cycle Recovery Set by paying the price difference plus applicable shipping. Exchanges ship after we receive and approve the original item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If cards arrive warped, print is illegible, or contents do not match your invoice, notify us within fourteen days with photos. We will replace or refund at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label where available.

Digital Products

Because digital guides can be copied, refunds are available only if you have not downloaded or viewed the PDF and contact us within forty-eight hours of purchase. Technical access issues will be resolved by reissuing credentials before a refund is considered.

In-Studio Pickup Returns

Items purchased at 126 Haight St, San Francisco, CA 94102 may be returned in person with receipt during business hours. Studio returns follow the same condition requirements and receive immediate inspection when possible.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve concerns promptly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account restrictions for future orders on Innovatecrisispr channels.
